Christ Child Omaha


The Christ Child Society of Omaha serves families throughout eastern Nebraska and western Iowa. Our chapter's initial focus was providing newborn necessities to families in-need. Today, we are proud to have expanded our work to include awarding significant academic scholarships to young parents which allows for a brighter future for their family. The Christ Child Society of Omaha has a unique and rich history. The list of women and men who have served as volunteers and leaders for the Christ Child is long. The members of our auxiliaries are vital parts of our organization and our generous donors allow for the funding of CCSO's programs. The founder of Christ Child Society, Mary Virginia Merrick, stated, "Nothing is ever too much to do for a child." We include this vision in our work of bringing hope, love, and courage to the most vulnerable right here in our community.
